received it, and I could not contact the seller. I figured I just got ripped off, and I

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank the staff of Discount-Electronic for performing above and beyond the call of duty. I am in
Canada, and as such, much of the new electronic gadgetry is not available
to us. I "discovered" a Panasonic DMR-HS2 DVD recorder on eBay that was
listed by DE. As I am not an eBay member, I could not place a bid. I emailed
the company and asked if they would entertain a direct sale to a Canadian.
Within 5 days I had the unit in my home! Marc (from DE) even spent a
little more than he quoted on shipping to get it to me quickly.
The recorder is brand new and performs flawlessly.
I fully intend to deal with these guys in the future ... if they can offer
this kind of personal and efficient service to a Canadian customer, you
can't go wrong.
