We ship most of our products by UPS or Airborne. Shipping cost are calculated during checkout. Shipping option (Ground, 2nd Day Air, etc.) will be available to you at checkout.


UPS or Airborne will not ship larger items (TVs larger than 20", Plasma Monitors, etc). Those products have to be shipped with a freight forwarder and incur additional shipping charges, unless otherwise stated. Freight charges as stated are for curbside delivery.

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Ship-To-Address

For customers wishing to ship to a different address other than their billing address: Please call the customer service number usually located on the backside of your credit card. Have the card issuing bank list your "Ship To" address in the comments or notes section of your account. This will prevent someone else from using your credit card to ship to an alternate address. We cannot ship to an address that is not listed with your credit card company. This is for your as well as our protection.

Shipping Damages

Contact us immediately should you notice any shipping damage to packing material or the product.
Shipping and freight damages and/or loss claims are the responsibility of the recipient and must be filed with the carrier (i.e... UPS, truck freight, etc.) as soon as possible.

International Customers:

Customs, import duties, VAT and brokerage fees may be levied once shipments reach your country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all of these charges. We do not have control over these charges. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information before ordering.

International orders are usually shipped with UPS, which tends to be higher than most of our customers are willing to pay for shipping, unless you really need the product quickly. We can ship some items with the US Postal Service, but please allow up to 8 weeks delivery time using surface mail. Please email us to find out if a particular product can be shipped with the US Postal Service.
