Prices are subject to change without notice. Great care is taken to ensure accuracy of data presented to you, however, we are not responsible for typographical errors on the web site or print ads, including pricing and specifications of products.
Payment
All major credit cards are accepted. We also accept Paypal. Sorry, no C.O.D's.
Personal checks, cashiers checks and money orders are accepted in advance. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for processing of any check by the bank before your order is shipped.
Returns
As all sales are final, we do not accept returns of merchandise unless otherwise stated (see below).
DOA
If you received a product that is dead on arrival ("DOA"), please contact us immediatley, but no later than 48 hours after receipt. We will arrange for a replacement product upon receipt of the defective product subject to availability and manufacturer's exchange policy.
Some products are excluded from this DOA exchange and need to be serviced or exchanged through the manufacturer's service centers:

HDTV and Satellite receiver
Large screen TVs, Plasma TVs and all Rear Projection TVs
All products that become defective during use, are subject to the manufacturer's warranty (see our warranty policy) and need to be serviced, repair or replaced in accordance with the terms of that warranty.
None Defective Product
Non-defective product may be returned at our discretion and will be credited at the current selling price less a 15% restocking fee (as described above). All non defective returns must be shipped freight prepaid by you.
All non-defective returns must arrive in original packaging in resalable condition, with all original components included, or the package will be returned to you and no refund will be given.
All shipping charges are not refundable.You will not be billed any shipping charges for replacement items.
Refused or unaccepted shipments
You are responsible for all freight charges for non-accepted or refused delivery of shipments. Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Processing Time
Allow 7-10 business days for processing returns. Credit will not be issued until we have received and examined the returned merchandise. Items showing installer or consumer abuse will not be credited.
Governing Law
Transactions between the customer and us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to the laws regarding conflicts of law. Any litigation regarding this agreement or any transaction between customer and us shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Placer County, California and the customer hereby agrees and submits to such jurisdiction and venue as proper.
